Management

The company is run by a team of experienced and qualified managers. The key people in the company are:

Ardaman Singh, Chairman

A distinguished alumni of the Indian School of Mines and an executive with more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Ardaman Singh is a well-known pioneer in the Indian Explosive Industry. After a long stint with the ICI group, he founded a group of companies engaged in the manufacture of explosives. Later in his career, he founded 3A Chemie and brings to its operations a wealth of expertise given his vast experience in the business and corporate world. He is a Life Member of the Mining, Geological, and Metallurgical Institute of India, where he served as Council Member for two consecutive terms. He is also Founder Member of the Explosives Manufacturers Association of India and currently President of the Explosives Safety and Technology Society (Visfotak)

Alok Singh, Managing Director

A technocrat turned entrepreneur, Mr. Alok Singh is the founder and Managing Director of 3A Chemie Pvt Ltd. He has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical (API and Intermediates) and explosive industry with expertise in process development and custom synthesis. His background in the handling and manufacture of high explosives and energetic molecules enhances the company’s capability to handle hazardous chemistries and products.He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from University Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (formally UDCT, Mumbai).

Dr. Atul Dhale, Director-Operations

With more than 15 years of research and industrial experience in the Chemical Process Industry, Dr. Dhale brings to 3A Chemie significant expertise in process development, scale up, and manufacturing of API intermediates and specialty chemicals. He is a post-doctoral fellow from the Michigan State University (USA) and earned a PhD, Master's and Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from University Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (formally UDCT, Mumbai).

Angad Singh, Director - US Operations

A seasoned entrepreneur and executive, Mr. Angad Singh has nearly 20 years of product development and operations experience. He was most recently a key executive and technology expert at CardioMEMS, Inc, where he led the transition of multipleproducts from concept to commercialization. CardioMEMS was acquired by St. Jude Medical (NYSE:STJ) in May 2014. Prior to CardioMEMS, Mr. Singh held technical and managerial positions at Microgen Systems, SONY Semiconductor, and the Berkeley Sensor and Actuator Center. Mr. Singh has a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, India.
